My approach to design.

It’s for everyone.

Everyone is welcome. Design should close the door on no one. It should welcome anyone, and everyone who want to interact with it.

Great products can bring great joy, and no one should be excluded from those benefits because of poor design.

Teamwork makes the dreamwork.

Yeah, I know. HOW cliché.

But it’s true. There isn’t a great experience that exists today that’s the result of just a single person. It takes a team to do great things, and great teams are the result of incredible talent, paired with someone who understands just how to make sure that every team member is achieving their absolute maximum potential.

It’s all about simplicity.

Less is more. Addition by subtraction. What can I say, I’m a fan of clichés. Great design is able to take complex tasks, and make them feel simple to the end user.

Design, working hand in hand with development, to remove barriers and obstacles, can empower people to do things they didn’t think were possible.
